Turning workforce research into clear, engaging visuals
I designed Andiamo’s workforce research ebooks, translating survey findings from over 1,000 U.S. tech workers into visually compelling layouts that clearly communicate key trends, insights, and takeaways.
The first ebook, The State of Today’s Tech Workforce, focused on must-know trends across the technology labor market, including flexible work preferences, employee retention challenges, diversity and inclusion, gender parity, and the competitive landscape for tech talent. The second, Women in Tech: Workforce Trends, Insights, and Challenges, examined representation, pay equity, career advancement, and benefits, highlighting actionable insights for improving gender parity in technology roles.
Each page was designed to make complex information approachable, balancing charts, text, and callouts for maximum readability. Together, these projects presented a comprehensive view of the technology workforce while addressing broader questions of equity and inclusivity.
Visualizing data to inform employer strategies and drive gender equity
Through clean layouts, strategic typography, and clear data visualization, the ebook highlighted four actionable takeaways for tech employers: focus on flexibility, foster inclusive cultures, rethink retention strategies, and expand benefits to improve gender parity. The design transformed raw survey data into an accessible, professional resource that supports decision-making, strengthens employer branding, and positions Andiamo as a thought leader in the tech talent space.
