I designed Emissary’s Enterprise Sales Compensation Reports, a series of publications summarizing survey findings from over 100 enterprise sales professionals across the U.S. The project translated raw compensation data into visually compelling layouts that clearly communicate trends, benchmarks, and disparities across sales roles. The reports included sections on compensation by title, company size, education level, and gender, as well as satisfaction metrics and equity considerations. Each page was crafted to make complex data approachable, balancing charts, text, and callouts for maximum clarity.

Visualizing data to empower sales leaders and sellers

Through clean layouts, strategic typography, and clear data visualization, the reports highlighted key insights for sales leaders and enterprise sellers: identify top-paying company segments, address compensation dissatisfaction, understand gender pay gaps, and leverage education benchmarks.
