Visualizing values and corporate history
I collaborated with Johnson & Johnson to design a 10-page playbook titled “Interviews for Breakthroughs”, translating key insights from internal interviews into a clear, engaging visual format. In addition, I created multiple one-pagers, some highlighting their Credo, which emphasizes creating a trusting, ethical, and collaborative workplace while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability.
I also worked on presentations chronicling Johnson & Johnson’s history, showing their journey from foundational values to their current position as a global healthcare leader. Each asset focused on making complex ideas approachable while reinforcing the company’s commitment to its employees, environment, and communities.
